A name or place entered in a search tool is sent to the outside provider operating that feature. The provider processes the query and supplies its response. Delaware County Criminal History does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.

No Criminal-Record Data on File
Delaware County Criminal History does not maintain, compile, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It publishes directions to the Delaware County Sheriff and courts, eCourts WebCriminal, DCJS Personal Record Review through IdentoGO, DOCCS, and the New York State Sex Offender Registry. This private site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party criminal-history files.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes shown on this site. Their privacy policies, retention periods, and disclosure practices apply to information submitted through those tools. This policy does not control a partner's systems, so review the applicable partner terms before running a query.
